Holiday Spending on Electronics to Reach All-Time High in 2010

Despite an overall decline in gift spending forecast this holiday season, spending on consumer electronics gifts could reach historic highs according to a study released in October by the Consumer Electronics Association (CEA).So what’s on the wish lists of adults this year? Notebook computers, the Apple iPad and eReaders where among the top 3 items on adults’ holiday wish lists:

Holiday Wish List Overall, consumers are expected to spend $232 on electronics gifts – up 5% from last year’s levels once again making electronics the “must have” gifts in 2010.
